I’m popping in on a gorgeous Monday afternoon in Calgary (YYC); the sun is bright, the leaves are in all their gorgeous fall glory and the air is crisp but the sun rays are warm. What a day! I decided this morning to take advantage of these views and run along the Bow River after training early at my client’s house but before bootcamp at Wellspring. It was such a good decision and I’m so glad I decided to hit the pavement instead of get some work done on my break.

I also ran this weekend – I think the fall weather is just getting to me in the best way! It’s so motivating to see the sun and be near the river and be called by the beauty outside.
Fall in Calgary is just amazing and it sure makes letting go of a great summer a little easier. 😉
What’s fall like where you are?
Bootcamp was super fun today too – one of the bootcampers led the class since she’s a kick boxing instructor and led us through a fun workout! I’ve always wanted to try kick boxing and this was a pretty fun way to have an intro – this class, all of cancer survivors – rocked it!
From there I had a lot of fun hosting a bootcamp for a very spirited group of entrepreneurs at The Commons, a co-working space that ROCKS in Calgary. I’m really excited to get this bootcamp off the ground and help people who work hard, long hours to get their businesses going but don’t always take care of themselves – they put their work first. We have 45 minutes together and are using this as a brain booster mid-day… One day down and they already asked to take a group photo. I’m going to like these guys. 😉
Well, that sunshine is calling me to take a walk outside. I’m going to walk and do some push ups along the way and enjoy some podcasts as I go! I’ll leave you with a few interesting links to read and be back later this week!
