I wish I could say I’m reading more books, but I’m not these days… I need to dig into my Bible more (always! My soul needs it and the set up for each day needs it) and always want to be more of a reader in a general sense – a book sense! Got any easy reads and good recommendations? Thanks in advance!
Lots of greens! And so far no junk (speaking from the last few days at least! See this post for more details).
Mainly water! I’m back on track and enjoying getting my water in each day. I had a glass of red wine the other night but I savored and enjoyed it and didn’t have any snacks! Water is generally pretty easy for me to get in and I feel so good when I drink it consistently each day.

Hopefully going home soon (ish?)… I’m in the mood for some family and California sunshine! Nothing planned, but I’m still looking forward to it.
