Lately I’ve been enjoying my workouts, even as I approach 18 weeks pregnant (side note: it’s so hard to believe I’m almost half way done my pregnancy! Crazy). Today I wanted to share a few on the blog with you so you can get a few new ideas, be reminded of some good moves you may have forgotten about, and have a bit of variety in your workouts. Outdoor Bodyweight Workout:
All you need for this next one is a medium-weight kettlebell. One bell to rule them all!
Want to light a fire in those glutes? Try this banded glute finisher – just two rounds (especially at the end of a leg day!) should have you feeling LIT!
