Hey all! Checking in today quickly as I’m full with clients and a class at work today, but I wanted to share a great workout to share thanks to GPP Fitness. I discovered it on their site and was pumped to try it today. The workout is detailed below in the video! Give it a shot and try to beat my time (as shown in the video)!
This was a fun workout – one I’d love to do with a partner to help push me in my time and maybe with the 45 lb bar next time. Do you workout with a buddy? I know my clients push harder because I’m there; I’d love to have someone pushing me even though I’m so used to going solo. Something to think about!
In yesterday’s post, Molly suggested I start a hashtag on twitter for #pullupeverywhere because of where I did them (in the hallway!) – what a great idea! I don’t have an iPhone, so therefore I’m not on Instagram (really wish I was!), but I thought I’d at least add the hashtag to a few photos and put them up on twitter! Feel free to join in the pull up fun!
…I’ve got pull ups on the brain, ya’ll. 😉 Back to the grind! A few clients, class, then a break and another class and partner training tonight! Should be a good day.
