This week, I traveled from Calgary, AB to St. John’s, NL and:
reconnected withhold friends and welcomed new ones,
learned about juicing and blending foods,
spoke about fitness & framed it in an easy-to-understand-&-practice way,
enjoyed delicious, healthy food that left me full, satisfied, & content after consumption,
lead early morning workout sessions,
and experienced authentic, honest community among a group of young adult cancer survivors, & supporters.
Physically, emotionally, spiritually, & mentally – what a HEALTHY weekend! 😀 I was re-inspired to live fully by the example of those around me, motivated to be the best trainer I can be to my clients, and excited to head back to Calgary running on the energy of incredible people who have overcome so much and are ready to stay healthy in all senses of the word in their own lives.
