Well, it’s been a fun and full week here in Calgary so far…It’s felt slow and now all of a sudden it’s Thursday – hence the slow full but also fun part of that previous statement. 😉 I thought it’d be great to give you guys a core workout to blast out this weekend, as a finisher at the end of one of your workouts, or to give you some new ideas to ignite that fundamental part of our bodies. It’s all body weight (save for the final move, in which a dumbbell works great!) and a mat will save your tailbone – that’s all you need to crush that core!
