Well, I’m officially up and running (although not with quite as much pomp and pizazz as I’d like around the site); welcome to my new site. 🙂 Lately I’ve been inspired and motivation by some fitness and food blogs I’ve discovered online, so I thought I would revamp my current blog and begin afresh. I invite you to follow along as I share tips, post good recipes and workouts, and as I muse about finding balance in life, for my passion is health and that means being healthy all the way around – body, soul, and mind.
