Hey guys! Well, I am back from a whirlwind weekend driving out to BC and back for my good friend Chai Young’s wedding reception after her marriage earlier this month in Korea. It was an awesome trip where we got to connect with friends and family, however briefly! Here’s a look at the trip plus a vlog on training and why my 20 mile run didn’t happen this weekend…
